Emma and Remy

Emma was adopted on August 15, 2010.  We don’t know much about her background but our vet estimates she is about 2 years old.  We were told she is a GSD/lab mix but we think she is more likely a beagle lab mix – we don’t care much either way.  Emma is a sweetheart who came to us from a really negative situation.  She had a great deal of fear and anxiety when we adopted her and we’ve been working with her so that she can become a secure, healthy dog.

Emma is a pretty girl and she is happiest curled up in a ball by my side, playing fetch, hanging with her boy Nick or wrestling with Remy.  She loves to play and chew on her kooky chickens and rope toys which thrills us because when we brought her home she didn’t know what to do with any dog toys.

Emma is the only other female in this house full of males and I’m grateful for her companionship.  She is loved much.

Remy is an F1 Standard Goldendoodle.  He was born on August 29, 2010 and we brought him home when he was 15 weeks old.  He was 25 lbs and 3 weeks later he was up 8 lbs.  He is expected to grow to about 70 lbs.  Remy is a big, clumsy puppy.  We are completely delighted with his addition to our family – he was a wonderful answer to prayers and a beloved member of our big family.
